Banco Popolare Società Cooperativa is an Italian cooperative bank. In June 2009 the company became the first Italian bank to receive state aid from the Government of Italy due to the ongoing financial crisis. The Bank offers consumer credit, corporate finance, and asset management services. Total assets: EUR 121 billion (as of December 31, 2015).
