Asia-Invest Bank is the first Uzbek-Russian bank in Russia. The Bank was established in accordance with an agreement between the governments of Russia and Uzbekistan in 1996. Asia-Invest Bank provides a wide range of financial services including deposits, lending, trade financing, foreign exchange, bank guarantees, money transfers, American Express travellers cheques, transactions with bill, interbank loans and deposits, etc.

Bank is fully licensed by The Central Bank of Russia and is a member of The System of Depository Insurance. Asaka, Uzbek's second largest commercial bank, is one of the major shareholders of Asia-Invest Bank.
